Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

Pilot draft. This document is provided for informational purposes during the WinBin pilot and will be replaced by counsel-reviewed text before public launch.

This policy applies to everyone who uses WinBin — participants, venues, and sponsors — and is part of our Terms of Service. The goal is simple: keep the game fair and the service safe for everyone.

Keep the game fair

  • Do not spoof or falsify your location to play from outside a venue.
  • Do not automate, script, or use bots to play or to farm prizes.
  • Do not copy, forge, resell, or tamper with coupon codes or QR stickers.
  • Do not attempt to influence or predict game outcomes.

Respect the service

  • Do not probe, scan, overload, or otherwise interfere with the service, its security, or other users' accounts.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to see.
  • Do not use WinBin to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.

For venues and sponsors

  • Register with accurate business information and keep your credentials secure.
  • Only place brand content and prizes you have the rights to use, and honor the coupons your events issue.
  • Follow the laws that apply to prize promotions and advertising at your events.

Enforcement

We may void plays and coupons obtained in violation of this policy, and suspend or remove accounts for misuse. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Reporting abuse
