Terms of Service
Last updated: July 6, 2026
Pilot draft. This document is provided for informational purposes during the WinBin pilot and will be replaced by counsel-reviewed text before public launch.
These terms govern your use of WinBin — the participant game at participating venues, the coupons it awards, and the venue/sponsor marketplace at winbin.app. By playing, registering an account, or using the site, you agree to them.
1. The game
Playing is free. No purchase is necessary, and a purchase does not improve your odds. The game is governed by the Sweepstakes Rules, which are part of these terms — they cover eligibility, play limits, prize odds, and redemption in detail. You must be 13 or older to play.
2. Coupons and prizes
- Winning coupons are redeemed with staff at the venue that issued them.
- Coupons expire at the stated expiry time (typically the end of the event), have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged.
- Prizes are supplied by the venue or sponsor named on the coupon and are subject to availability. Expired, voided, or already-redeemed coupons cannot be honored.
3. Venue and sponsor accounts
- Registration requires accurate business information. Accounts are activated after WinBin review and may be suspended or removed for misuse or misrepresentation.
- You are responsible for activity under your sign-in credentials.
- Venues are responsible for honoring coupons their events issue and for following the laws that apply to prize promotions at their events.
4. The marketplace
- Venues list bins for sponsorship; sponsors submit offers; venues accept, reject, or request changes. A campaign exists only once both sides agree.
- Sponsor pricing is rent-based as shown at the time of the offer — there is no per-click or per-scan charge to sponsors.
- During the pilot, settlements are prepared by WinBin and paid outside the platform. Specific rates, fees, and payment timing are set in the campaign or the pilot agreement with WinBin.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Spoof your location, automate plays, or otherwise manipulate game outcomes.
- Copy, resell, or tamper with coupon codes or QR stickers.
- Probe, overload, or interfere with the service or other users' accounts.
See the full Acceptable Use Policy. We may void plays and coupons obtained in violation of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
WinBin, its software, marks, and content belong to WinBin. Venues and sponsors keep ownership of their own names, logos, and materials and grant WinBin permission to display them where they choose to place them (listings, bins, the game screen).
7. Pilot status and disclaimers
WinBin is a pilot service provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and features may change or end during the pilot. To the fullest extent the law allows, WinBin disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amounts paid to WinBin for the campaign involved or one hundred U.S. dollars.
8. Termination
You can stop using WinBin at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms. Sections 2, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. The specific governing state and dispute venue will be set in the counsel-reviewed version of these terms before public launch.
10. Changes
We may update these terms during the pilot and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
