How do I get set up?
Sign in at /login and open your venue dashboard. Set your venue geofence, add your bins, create an event, and define its prizes — then activate the event to go live.
How do I add bins and print QR codes?
In the Bins tab, register bins one at a time or bulk-upload a CSV using the template. Then download durable QR stickers from the QR Codes tab (or the print-ready page) and stick them on your bins.
How do I create events and prizes?
Create an event and assign its type, then add standard and jackpot prizes with odds and inventory in the Prizes tab. Activate, extend, or end events as your calendar changes.
How do I rent bins to sponsors?
List bins on the marketplace with your rent and event filters. Sponsors submit offers; you approve, reject, or request changes from the sponsor-requests view. You keep the majority of the rent.
Where do I see my results?
The Scans tab shows live scans, plays, redemptions, and a participant-engagement funnel for your active event. Reports include your platform-fee summary.
How do I add teammates?
Use the Access tab to add or remove the emails allowed to manage your venue.
How does getting paid work?
During the pilot, WinBin prepares settlements and pays outside the platform. Your reports show what is owed; exact timing is set in your pilot agreement.
