Privacy participants never have to think about.

Participants stay anonymous until they win. You get engagement insight — not identities.

Insight, not surveillance.

WinBin is built so participants can play without handing over personal data. There is no app to install and no account to create — a participant stays anonymous right up until they choose to claim a prize. Venues and sponsors see aggregate engagement, not individual profiles.

How we handle data

Anonymous until a win

No name, no login, no personal data to play — an email is only collected to send a prize.

No app, no tracking

It runs in the browser. There is no SDK sitting on a phone tracking participants across the web.

Aggregate analytics

Dashboards show counts and rates — scans, plays, redemptions — not individual participant profiles.

Age & location checks

An age gate and a venue geofence keep play appropriate and on-site.

Signed, single-use coupons

Prize coupons are cryptographically signed and can only be redeemed once.

Access-controlled dashboards

Operator, sponsor, and admin access is authenticated and scoped to each account.

Trust by default.

The privacy-friendly path is the only path — there is no tracking mode to turn off.

Ad tech, or WinBin.

How a typical engagement or ad platform treats participant data versus how WinBin does.

Typical ad tech

  • Tracks users across the web
  • Builds personal profiles
  • Requires an app or login
  • Cookies and cross-site IDs
  • Data resold to third parties

WinBin

  • No cross-site tracking
  • No personal profiles
  • No app, no account to play
  • Anonymous until a win
  • Your event data stays yours

Trust & privacy questions

What data do you collect from participants?

To play: nothing that identifies them. Only when a participant wins do we collect an email address to deliver the prize coupon.

Do you sell or share participant data?

No. Event and engagement data belongs to the venue. WinBin does not resell participant data to third parties.

How are winners’ emails handled?

An email is used to send the coupon and is masked in our logs. It is not used to build advertising profiles.

Is the game provably fair?

Yes. Outcomes are decided server-side with a secure random draw, and coupons are signed so they cannot be forged.

Who can see the dashboards?

Only authenticated operator, sponsor, and admin accounts, each scoped to the venues or campaigns they own.

How do you verify age and location?

A participant passes an age gate before playing, and a venue-level geofence keeps the game on-site. We can walk your team through the details.
